Jeans, jeans, they’re good for the butt. A good pair of jeans can really make that booty pop, and of course, their versatility and longevity are bonuses, too. Old Navy has a ton of different denim looks for every body type and style preference, and the prices are affordable, especially when you can catch a good sale (which happens often). The other good thing about the jeans from Old Navy is the stock doesn’t change as frequently as some of their other styles, so this is a great one to refer back to anytime you’re looking for a little denim refresh! For reference, all jeans fit true to size. See jeans styles from Old Navy below.

I don’t usually love a wide leg look on me, but for some reason these jeans stole my heart! I’m not sure if it’s the long length, the slight distressing, or how comfortable there were, but these Sky-Hi wide leg jeans were my favorite! I loved the high-rise cut too for those days when you want to tuck away the tummy.

I really liked this pair as well. The only thing I didn’t love was how they seem to be a little tapered…I wish the ankle was just a little wider. I could definitely wear these all day and be comfy, though. Overall, I liked the looser fit of these OG straight jeans!

This was another pair that I really liked for the most part. I actually am wearing a petite length in these because they didn’t have my size in a regular length in the store, but I think if these had just been a tad longer (the regular length would have given me that), these mid-rise loose boyfriend jeans would have been a contender for favorite!! They’re definitely a little lower cut around the waist so if you prefer high-rise, I wouldn’t recommend these.

Wide leg for the win again! There was something about these jeans that just felt really good. I think the looser fit gives it a more casual, laidback vibe, and I’m all about comfort! I do also like the lighter wash, and again, the high-rise cut gives a little extra forgiveness with these Wow wide leg jeans.

Bringing back the flare, baby! I did not think I was going to like these when I tried them on, but I was pleasantly surprised. These Wow flare jeans reminded me of my younger days, and I don’t know if it was the nostalgia or how well these seemed to fit all over, but I was ready to wear these for the rest of the day.

I’m pretty simple when it comes to my style – I’m talking no frills or unnecessary extras. I really don’t wear jeans much to begin with, and while I liked the fit and length these jeans gave, those two little pockets on the front were just too much of a distraction for me. I think if I had chosen a different style of these extra high-rise wide leg jeans, I would have maybe liked them more.

I want to love cuffed boyfriend jeans, I really do. I always see them and think they look so cute, but for some reason I feel like it’s a look I can’t pull off. These fit well and felt comfortable, but I just didn’t love how they looked on me. These mid-rise Wow boyfriend jeans would be perfect for someone who can rock the cuffed ankle jean look, though!

I am typically a skinny jean gal. The three pairs of jeans I own are skinny jeans. I also, however, like to be able to move in my denim, and these high-rise Rockstar super skinny jeans were SUPER skinny. I felt like they were painted on! If you’re not planning to move around much I do think these look sleek, but they didn’t feel very practical to me.

These were a looser fitting “skinny” jean, but I didn’t find them all that flattering. They felt good around my waist and I liked the length, but they were a little too baggy through parts of the leg area. It was almost like these high-rise Wow straight jeans couldn’t decide between being a skinny jean or a straight jean.

I haven’t tried on a classic bootcut jean in a really long time. These Wow bootcut jeans felt super comfortable and fit well, but I just don’t think this is the look for me. Beware these are mid-rise, so they’re a little lower cut around the waist.

Oh boy. These high-rise OG Loose jeans were just a big fat no. The cut, the length, the fit…everything did not work. They were baggy in a sloppy looking way and I didn’t find anything about them flattering. It may just be my frame, but I can’t see these being a style I would ever wear.

Fall is my all-time favorite season of the year, and where I live, the first sign of the incoming fall season is the whiffs of the local tomato factory just one mile away that gets me craving pizza or pasta…I’m salivating just thinking about the scent! I look forward to all of the fall things – the festivals, the activities like apple and pumpkin picking, opening the windows for that crisp, cool air and of course — the fall fashion. Fall means trading in the flip-flops for closed-toed footwear! Check out these fall season footwear looks to match!

Riding boots (similar) used to be my go-to back in the day. I personally need to have a wide calf option and they’re harder to come by, but I always had the classic black and a brown pair to be able to switch it up. They’re such a fall staple and perfect to wear for all of the fall festivities, especially the ones that involve messier outdoor terrains! Pair them with some leggings and a casual or dressy sweater (similar) and you’re good to go!

Ahhhh my current favorite… the classic ankle booties (similar)! There’s nothing like a nice suede and a good thick block heel to elevate your stride if you’re on the shorter side like me. You can wear them for all of the fall occasions, whether it’s casual or even a dressier look if that’s your goal too. I have weaker ankles, so I love the added support around the ankle area that they have. These can be paired with a cute dress and jean jacket, but I loooove grabbin’ the perfect pair of jeans with a nice undershirt and a faux suede jacket!

Chelsea boots – a comfy and casual and close-fitting ankle boot, typically with elastic side panels…they are an easy on/off option. Perfect for a rainy or chilly overcast day, running errands, or an impromptu lunch date with friends. Keep it super chill with jeans, a plain white tee and a jean jacket (similar) to complete the outfit.

Another type of bootie would be the easy on/off slip-on boot (similar) or sometimes also called a “shoetie.” It’s basically a bootie without the zippers on the side. Sleek looks can be created with these – they’re good for the office, and also happy hour or date night afterwards. Paired with dark jeans, a dark tee and a neutral-colored oversized cardigan, these are a staple item for the fall season for sure!

The wedge boot…I love a good wedge! I have so many variations of the wedge, I literally have a wedge for every season! Casual but chic is how I would describe this style of wedge, as they stand out and would be considered the statement piece of the outfit, especially when paired with a light-colored jean and lighter sweater during those beginning weeks of fall.

Some say that fall fashion is the best fashion (it’s us, we’re some). The cozy longsleeves, snuggly sweaters, gorgeous jackets…we’re here for it! Revamping your wardrobe for fall doesn’t have to break the bank though. Kristy and Krista shopped Temu for some of this season’s best styles at some really awesome prices. Wanna check it out yourself? Use our exclusive code afg61214 to get 50% off your order! See our Temu fall haul below.

Kristy says: “I didn’t take this jumpsuit off after I put it on! I was pleasantly surprised with how it fit, and it’s comfortable! I could dress it up or down.”

This is such a cute piece for those summer to fall days. Pair it with a jean jacket for when it’s a little cooler!

Krista says: “I love love love this dress – but I wish I sized down!! It’s so comfy and I love the slits in it, it’s not sheer, and the material is nice! I debated washing it see if it shrinks a bit, but I’m scared to!”

This is a gorgeous dress for those still-warm September days, especially if you have a party or event to attend!

Krista says: “I bought this dress for an audition I have on Saturday (the character is bright and wacky). When I saw it, I knew it would be perfect to wear! Again, I wish I sized down – it lays very big – but the material is nice and I’m going to wear it anyway.”

Take this dress from summer to fall by styling it with cute boots for those chilly days!

Krista says: “Okay this was my total fail. The dress looked beautiful – nice enough to wear to a wedding (which is why I bought it) – but the material is basically sheer. I steamed it so much and it wouldn’t unwrinkle, and one arm sleeve was so so tight I could barely move my arm…but just one of them.”

We can’t love everything we buy every time, and we’re here to always give you honest reviews!

Kristy says: “This top was ok. It was slightly bigger than I would have liked, but it’s workable. If I switch out my jeans for dress pants and pumps, I bet that’d be nicer – stay tuned!”

This is a trendy top that can definitely be worn for work or play!

Kristy says: “I seriously love everything about this top, except I wish the shoulders didn’t come so far out. Maybe I can manipulate it and get used to it, though.”

If you love big sleeves and big details, this is the top for you!!

Krista says: “This cardigan is so pretty with its detail and SO SOFT. I will be wearing this through the end of fall for sure!”

The cutout details in this sweater make it the perfect lightweight layer to take you from summer to fall and beyond!

Kristy says: “This sweater was pleasantly adorable. True to size, wearing a small. It’s definitely sheer so you’ll need to wear a bodysuit or tank. The sleeves are slightly glittery too which I love! “

This is such a feminine, flirty top! It’s understated enough to be worn for lots of occasions but has enough playful detail to spice it up!

Krista says: “I sized up in everything, scared that the clothes would run small, but I shouldn’t have! This sweater is so soft and comfortable and long enough to wear with leggings!”

Who doesn’t love a big cozy sweater in the fall?! This is giving total lounge vibes.

Kristy says: “Who’s getting ready for some football?! We are, especially rolling in the start of the season ON my daughter’s birthday…let’s go Eagles! I loved this pullover!”

Even if you’re just there for the gameday snacks, rock this pullover to show off some sporty style.

Kristy says: “At first I wasn’t sure how I felt about this top, but then it grew on me. Now I’m thinking of all the different ways I can incorporate it! Stay tuned!”

Subtle, surprise elements always turn a simple piece into a statement piece, and this sweater is no exception!

Kristy says: “This sweater was surprisingly thicker than I had expected it to be! Fantastic fall piece!”

We’re all about the snuggles, and this sweater is screaming “snuggle up with me!”

Kristy says: “I have wanted a jacket like this for years, ever since the first ad for it popped up on my timeline. It’s lightweight and a perfect fall piece! I plan to also pair it with leggings and boots!”

A dressy, versatile jacket is a wardrobe must-have! Clean, classic lines make this piece timeless.
