My morning jog was breeze in these extra comfy Nike sneakers. I felt like I was running on a cloud and I didn’t have any ache in my knees! Top and leggings are true to size – I am wearing a size small in both. I usually wear a 7 or 7.5 in shoes – the sneakers are a 7.5 and fit snugly. Because of the extra cushioning, I would recommend going with the larger size if you are in-between shoe sizes.
