It’s Christmas Eve, and we’re celebrating the final day before Christmas with something special! As we wait for Santa to drop down the chimney and leave lots of gifts under the tree, the elves are up to a little magic of their own. This fun annual holiday tradition is one that Kristy and her family love and cherish. Read all about the Christmas Eve elf boxes below.

One of my favorite traditions is our “Elf Parting Box” that we do every year. On Christmas Eve, the elves leave a special box for my kids, filled with items that represent their favorite character of the year. Some of the goodies inside include holiday pajamas, a book, an ornament for the tree, a plush toy, and hot cocoa with candy. I love how their tree has become a collection of meaningful ornaments, each marking a different phase in their lives, and it’s always so nice to look back on those memories. Even after they stop believing in the elves, I’ll keep this tradition alive. After all, who doesn’t love a new pair of pajamas and some chocolate on Christmas? What are some of your favorite traditions?

These gingerbread man boxes are just adorable! They’re a festive way to store all the little goodies you’ve got. This year’s themes are Hello Kitty and Sonic the Hedgehog.

Cozy pajamas are a must! This Hello Kitty set is purrrr-fect for Christmas morning, and these Sonic the Hedgehog pajamas are delightful treat.

A holiday-themed book is always a good idea! Meet the Scout Elves and The Best Christmas Pageant Ever were this year’s choices.

Cute companions! These sweet plushes (Sonic and Hello Kitty, accordingly) will be their new besties, always ready for a little snuggle.

And, of course, new ornaments for the tree! Grab your themed Hello Kitty and Sonic ornaments and add them to the collection for the kids’ tree (if you have a dedicated one).

Some say that fall fashion is the best fashion (it’s us, we’re some). The cozy longsleeves, snuggly sweaters, gorgeous jackets…we’re here for it! Revamping your wardrobe for fall doesn’t have to break the bank though. Kristy and Krista shopped Temu for some of this season’s best styles at some really awesome prices. Wanna check it out yourself? Use our exclusive code afg61214 to get 50% off your order! See our Temu fall haul below.

Kristy says: “I didn’t take this jumpsuit off after I put it on! I was pleasantly surprised with how it fit, and it’s comfortable! I could dress it up or down.”

This is such a cute piece for those summer to fall days. Pair it with a jean jacket for when it’s a little cooler!

Krista says: “I love love love this dress – but I wish I sized down!! It’s so comfy and I love the slits in it, it’s not sheer, and the material is nice! I debated washing it see if it shrinks a bit, but I’m scared to!”

This is a gorgeous dress for those still-warm September days, especially if you have a party or event to attend!

Krista says: “I bought this dress for an audition I have on Saturday (the character is bright and wacky). When I saw it, I knew it would be perfect to wear! Again, I wish I sized down – it lays very big – but the material is nice and I’m going to wear it anyway.”

Take this dress from summer to fall by styling it with cute boots for those chilly days!

Krista says: “Okay this was my total fail. The dress looked beautiful – nice enough to wear to a wedding (which is why I bought it) – but the material is basically sheer. I steamed it so much and it wouldn’t unwrinkle, and one arm sleeve was so so tight I could barely move my arm…but just one of them.”

We can’t love everything we buy every time, and we’re here to always give you honest reviews!

Kristy says: “This top was ok. It was slightly bigger than I would have liked, but it’s workable. If I switch out my jeans for dress pants and pumps, I bet that’d be nicer – stay tuned!”

This is a trendy top that can definitely be worn for work or play!

Kristy says: “I seriously love everything about this top, except I wish the shoulders didn’t come so far out. Maybe I can manipulate it and get used to it, though.”

If you love big sleeves and big details, this is the top for you!!

Krista says: “This cardigan is so pretty with its detail and SO SOFT. I will be wearing this through the end of fall for sure!”

The cutout details in this sweater make it the perfect lightweight layer to take you from summer to fall and beyond!

Kristy says: “This sweater was pleasantly adorable. True to size, wearing a small. It’s definitely sheer so you’ll need to wear a bodysuit or tank. The sleeves are slightly glittery too which I love! “

This is such a feminine, flirty top! It’s understated enough to be worn for lots of occasions but has enough playful detail to spice it up!

Krista says: “I sized up in everything, scared that the clothes would run small, but I shouldn’t have! This sweater is so soft and comfortable and long enough to wear with leggings!”

Who doesn’t love a big cozy sweater in the fall?! This is giving total lounge vibes.

Kristy says: “Who’s getting ready for some football?! We are, especially rolling in the start of the season ON my daughter’s birthday…let’s go Eagles! I loved this pullover!”

Even if you’re just there for the gameday snacks, rock this pullover to show off some sporty style.

Kristy says: “At first I wasn’t sure how I felt about this top, but then it grew on me. Now I’m thinking of all the different ways I can incorporate it! Stay tuned!”

Subtle, surprise elements always turn a simple piece into a statement piece, and this sweater is no exception!

Kristy says: “This sweater was surprisingly thicker than I had expected it to be! Fantastic fall piece!”

We’re all about the snuggles, and this sweater is screaming “snuggle up with me!”

Kristy says: “I have wanted a jacket like this for years, ever since the first ad for it popped up on my timeline. It’s lightweight and a perfect fall piece! I plan to also pair it with leggings and boots!”

A dressy, versatile jacket is a wardrobe must-have! Clean, classic lines make this piece timeless.

Or we do milk every last minute of getting to wear our summer staples? We’ve got a helpful solution for you. We’ve styled 10 different pieces for summer and fall so you can wear your wardrobe favorites no matter what the temperature is. See our summer to fall outfits below!

This navy maxi dress is gorgeous! I love the lace details on the top, and the long, flowy skirt offers a really nice contrast to the slightly more provocative top. The double strap also gives a little more support.

This light blue mini dress is also a hit! It’s form-fitting without being overly tight, and the square neck with thick straps is flattering on all body types!

This mint green wrap dress gave me mixed feelings. I really liked the color, and I love a wrap dress because they are very forgiving, but this was just a little too ruffly for me. Also, if you untie that tie, there is absolutely nothing holding that dress together – so be very careful!

This green floral romper is another one that I was undecided on. I love that it’s a romper that looks like a dress, and it has so many pretty details. I think the ruching plus the puff sleeves plus the crisscrosses just felt like a little too much going on up top, for me personally.

This white floral dress is definitely a sweet summer vibe. It’s flirty and delicate, and even though it’s not really my preferred style, I did think this was a cute option. The top is on the bigger side, so this is good for those with a larger chest!

I loved this mustard jumpsuit. It gives off an understated elegance and I really like the simplicity of it. It has a bow tie on the back that also adds a touch of extra style…plus it has pockets!

This black ruffle dress gives me total tea party vibes. While the colors are muted, the pattern makes it more eye-catching!

I’m obsessed with this dark green midi dress – it looks so classy and sleek! The fabric was super soft too. I felt like I could wear this forever, and the belt ties into a bow in the back for a bit of surprise!

I actually really liked this black floral maxi dress once I put it on. I’m not huge on patterns but the asymmetrical hemline, off-the-shoulder sleeves, and stretchy smocked top really won me over!

This pink jumpsuit is a chic option for a summer work event! I love the blazer-style collar and the belted waist, plus, again…pockets. It did fit a little big, and fair warning – there are a lot of buttons, zippers, and snaps to keep this all together, so don’t wear it anywhere you have to be quick when using the restroom.

It is seriously summertime with this heatwave and we’re over here dreaming of the pool, the beach, the lake…any body of water that will cool us down, really. And everyone knows a day of swimming and sunning calls for a cute swimsuit! Target has tons of adorable and affordable bathing suits in lots of different styles! Faith hit the store to try on a few…all pieces are true to size – she’s wearing a small! See her Target swimwear roundup below.

This was my absolute favorite bathing suit! I’ve never really been a fan of one-pieces but this one is just darling! The fit is flattering for all body types and the side cutout with the ribbon on the shoulder gives this such a flirty vibe. Definitely a winner in my book!

I loved this bikini top – the keyhole cutout gives it a little extra flair and the back has a crisscross tie that makes it easy to tighten and adjust! I like the look of this ruffled bottom but it is definitely teeeeeny…I think it’s better for style than function. I’d be afraid of giving everyone a show if I was swimming in it.

This leopard-print bikini gives a more full-coverage look. The top is “sports bra” style and has a built-in shelf bra so everything feels really supported and secure. The high-waisted bottom also tucks away the tummy! And who doesn’t love a good animal print?!

When I tried this suit on I didn’t necessarily love it – I’m not sure why – but looking back, I actually like it more than I thought! The skirt part on the bottom has an adjustable tie so it can sit higher up on your tummy or lower around your waist, and the intricate details on the top bring some style to an otherwise basic piece. This look is perfect for a bride-to-be during her bachelorette party or even on a beach honeymoon!

Another one-piece that I really loved! The plunge v-neck and low back make this style sexier, but otherwise it’s a pretty full-coverage suit! The top part does feel a little small, so if you have a larger chest it might be a struggle to keep the girls locked and loaded.

I really loved this dark green bikini. The color and fit both made me feel like I could rock this anywhere and feel great!! The crisscross banded top and side ties on the bottom add a touch of chic to a classic style.

This light green bikini gives me retro vibes with the ruffled bralette top and the high-waisted bottoms! I love the lace-up details on the bottom. The top was a bit big on me, but this is definitely a great suit for someone who is larger on top!

Okay – this nude bikini gives me mixed feelings. I want to like the style of the top but it kind of squished everything down and took away some of my (very small) curves. I do really like the ruching detail, and you can’t see it in the photo but the straps tie at the shoulder to give pretty bows! The bottom is a classic tie bottom which is always a solid choice. Overall, I think the color washes me out (time to grab some self-tanner) but I think this could look really cute on someone with a nice summer tan.

Out of all the bathing suits I tried on, this one-piece was my least favorite. There’s nothing particularly wrong with it, it’s just a lot of pattern for me, and after finding the suit online, I realized I tied the top incorrectly…whoops. It could technically be worn either way but the way I’m wearing it, it felt too small towards the middle of my chest but left gaps in the fabric closer to my underarms. I do think it’s a unique silhouette though, and if you love all things floral you’d probably like this!

And another one that took me out of my comfort zone! I actually don’t hate the look of this one, however the top was just a tad large. I really like the underwire with the keyhole cutout though, and even though the bottom is low-rise, it felt very comfortable on. I think this one is a fun look for a tropical vacation!
