Cut out one sourdough bread deep enough to hold the spinach dip but not too deep to cut into the bottom of the loaf. Add the spinach dip and spread evenly. Melt about 1 TBSP of butter and spread over the entire outside of the loaf of bread. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350° for about 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Cut the other loaf into squares for dipping – setup on your favorite platter and enjoy!
