This front knot cropped sports bra is thick and has a built-in shelf bra so it really gives me support if I’m going for a run or doing any kind of HIIT workout. Wear it alone or underneath a sheer top…I also like throwing an open cardigan over it if I’m going out after my workout. The bra runs true to size – I am wearing a size small. These on-the-go leggings have quickly become my favorite. They are buttery soft, super flexible with just the right amount of compression, and have SO many pockets!! With a large mesh pocket on each side, plus a sneaky little pocket pouch on the waistband, I can leave my house with my keys, phone, chapstick, headphones, and even my I.D. and not have to bring a purse. This outfit is a little more on the “athleisure” end of the spectrum…I love this look and feel fierce when I’m wearing these pieces. The sports bra is definitely made for low impact activities. While it’s absolutely adorable, I wouldn’t do a fiery vinyasa flow in this. I like it for when I want to feel feminine yet comfortable. The sports bra runs true to size – I am wearing a size small. These mosaic leggings are really fun and show just a little skin for a subtle sexiness. They’re also high-waisted, so these are perfect for those days you’re feeling a little bloated or just want some extra support in the tummy area. They run true to size – I am wearing a size small.

Holy cozy! These sweatpants are so soft and warm…if I could wear them everywhere all the time I would. They have pockets and a drawstring and are fleece-lined so you feel like you’re sitting on cloud. I usually wear them post-workout after a nice hot shower, but I have a feeling I’m going to be living in these once the weather gets colder. They run true to size – I’m wearing size small. And this cropped jacket is the perfect complement to loose joggers or sweatpants. It’s snug and cinches you in at the waist for added definition.
