My Series 7 Apple watch is definitely a most-loved item and totally worth the splurge. It’s water-resistant so you can wear it in the pool, ocean, or even in the shower and it has GPS, keeps track of your daily activities, and syncs with your phone so you can leave the bigger device behind and still see all of your important notifications. I also love being able to change the straps so I can coordinate with whatever outfit I’m rocking that day.

I love these Reef sandals!! They are so comfy to walk in and wear for long periods of time, and they can be worn casually or with an outfit that has a little more oomph! They are the perfect summer companion and they are durable, too, so you can have them for years to come.

This skinny can cooler is great for keeping your beverage of choice (spiked seltzer, anyone??) chilled all day long as you lounge poolside, bronze yourself on the beach, or explore uncharted waters on a boat. Any summer activity you can imagine, this koozie will dress your drink up and keep it perfectly refreshing.

In addition to your skinny can cooler, keep this 50oz water jug handy so you can stay hydrated on extra hot days or during your outdoor adventures! The insulated stainless steel tumbler keeps drinks cold for 36 hours, and it even comes with a straw to make for easy sipping.

My favorite way to start my mornings is with one of these Verb energy bars. They’re a gluten-free, dairy-free bar with only 90 calories and the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee (without the jitters, though)! They’re also perfect for a little afternoon pick-me-up. I love the red velvet and caramel macchiato flavors!! And right now you can save more than $25 on the Summer Starter Kit!

I love a unique pair of sandals that you can dress up or dress down. These strappy snakeskin sandals with a chain detail from Express are adorable paired with jeans and a tank, but they also look great with a cocktail dress or long maxi dress. They’re comfy to walk in and I find them to be true to size.

As an avid yogi, my yoga practice is a super important part of my daily routine, even when I’m on the go. This travel yoga mat is perfect for taking on trips…it folds up into a small square and easily fits into a backpack, weekender bag, or suitcase, and even though it’s on the thinner side, I find it to still be grippy enough for those sweatier practices.

Apartment living in a city-like area means lots of external noise at all times of the day. This white noise machine helps eliminate loud noises that keep me awake at night. It has 30 different soothing sounds (I love the rain ones), and it also comes with a built-in nightlight with 12 different colors and 10 levels of brightness! You can set it on a timer or have it run continuously.

A healthy gut is a happy gut!! Probiotics help maintain a healthy balance of the microbiome in your body, and these berry-flavored probiotic gummies from Olly are a tasty addition to my morning supplement regimen.

Am I the only one who hates ironing?! It’s so much work! This portable steamer is awesome for getting rid of wrinkles without all the work of ironing, and it’s small enough that I can bring it with me anywhere. Definitely a must-have for travel, but also a household essential!

These drawer organizers are a game changer! No more searching through piles and piles of miscellaneous junk to find what you’re looking for. These are perfect for the kitchen, bathroom, garage, or office!

The ticks are so bad this year…even with tick preventatives. I always check my pups after an afternoon of playing in the yard and this tick remover gets any little stragglers. It removes the tick safely and easily and gets the whole thing out from the skin!!

Okay, these Lululemon belt bags, though. Seriously I now understand what all the hype is about! They easily fit my iPhone 13 Max plus a diaper and wipes, or cash, keys, lip gloss…all of the necessities. They are super convenient AND stylish and are my new go-to bag when I’m going anywhere.

Four kids + always being on the go = lots of spilled drinks and cleaning up messes. Until these no-spill spouts found me and changed my life. I throw one on top of bottles we bring out and about and now daily spills are a thing of the past. Keep a couple in a baggie in your purse too for drinks purchased while you’re out!

I have a serious addiction to good pens! And if you’re like me, you understand that finding a really good pen is like finding a four-leaf clover or a close parking spot at the grocery store…it makes you feel like doing a little dance! These gel pens make writing so smooth and the ink is bold plus it dries super fast – so no smudging!

If you’ve got any kind of stainless steel appliances or fixtures in your home then you know that they get smudged and dirty-looking pretty quickly. I love this stainless steel cleaning cloth for making those surfaces look brand new! Just add a little water and give a quick wipe…these cloths are also eco-friendly and chemical-free!!

You need this smocked one shoulder jumpsuit in your closet!! It is so cute and so comfy, and you can dress it up or dress it down! The material is light and airy, and I find the jumpsuit to be true to size (I have it in the army green color).

This neoprene tote bag (see more options here) holds up to four towels and has extra room for all the essentials!! The wide snap-close top gives you easy access and makes it simple to find the item you’re searching for, plus it comes with a little side bag for cash and keys! It’s the perfect size and you can use it for the beach, the pool, the gym, as a diaper bag, or even as a carry-on bag when traveling! I love this fun purple leopard print, too.

These stemless acrylic wine glasses are so cute and they’re perfect for summer days by the pool or evenings on the patio! These pretty glasses are my go-to for refreshing beverages because a little glitter is always a good idea…and being shatter-proof is definitely a bonus.

We could all use a little extra hydration, whether it’s on super hot day, after an intense workout, or on a morning after one too many drinks (whoops). This Liquid IV comes in so many yummy flavors (like this perfect-for-summer pina colada), and it gives you all the electrolytes you need to rehydrate, refuel, and recharge. The small packets make them great to take on-the-go…I always keep a couple in my purse! Use our exclusive code FRUGAL_AND_THRIVING to get 25% off your order!!

There is nothing better than getting together with your best gals for an evening of strong cocktails, yummy snacks, and entertaining games. We’re putting a summer spin on GNO with a night of fun on your front porch, back deck, or balcony with a view. Plan a memorable girls’ night out(doors) with our suggestions below!

Set the scene for your girls’ night with comfy outdoor seating, snacks and drinks, and a boardgame or two (we love this escape room boardgame)! Create a relaxing ambiance with a couple of candles and decorative lanterns so you can keep the party going as the sun sets and the stars come out. And if you’re looking to refresh your outdoor space, check out Kristy’s front porch makeover for some inspiration!

A spiked strawberry Arnold Palmer (half iced tea, half lemonade) is the perfect summer beverage to sip on with your besties. Add a little mint for an extra boost of refreshment and toast to good times with great people.

  • Add ice
  • Pour in equal amounts lemonade and iced tea
  • Add vodka and shake well

These rope baskets are so cute!! I use them as homes for a few of my plants, but you can use them for toys, books, towels and linens, or anything else you can imagine! The colorblock style in neutral colors is versatile and can match with any type of decor.

I drink water allllllll day long and this glass tumbler is my go-to beverage holder. I love that it’s sleek and thin (I have little hands and it makes it easy for me to pick up and hold) and it’s so easy to throw in the dishwasher or wash by hand. These come in a set of two glass tumblers with two silicone bottoms, two koozie sleeves (perfect for catching condensation), two bamboo lids, and three reusable straws!! I have the French Grey set but there are so many more colors available.

These bike shorts are the pants you never knew you needed…I LIVE in these now!! They are high-waisted, buttery soft, and super stretchy. I can do yoga, go for runs, or wear them out and about and the level of comfort is unmatched. They come in a set of three (I have two black and one cheetah print) and I find them to be true to size – I grabbed the small/medium.

I am obsessed with this toning facial mist for summertime! I just spritz a little on when my skin needs a refresh and I am instantly hydrated and balanced. The squalane and hyaluronic acid keep my complexion feeling plump and looking dewy and the travel size makes it perfect for taking on the go.
