Summer = party time! Grad parties, pool parties, backyard BBQs, and holiday soirées…summer is the season of celebrations. Make sure you’re party ready with one of these gorgeous getups.

Maybe you’re all work and no play. Which is okay, but don’t ignore the benefits of a healthy work-life balance! These dresses will have you looking chic in the office, and they can definitely be worn to date night after, too!

Pool days, beach trips, and lake vacations. Whatever your preferred form of water-centric recreation, get yourself a swimsuit to rock that will steal the show.

Don’t forget your coverup! These will come in handy when you’re trying to enjoy your liquid lunch at one of those “no shirt, no shoes, no service” places.

And if you’re team #summerbod, grab a few workout pieces that will make you excited to get your sweat on.

Four kids + always being on the go = lots of spilled drinks and cleaning up messes. Until these no-spill spouts found me and changed my life. I throw one on top of bottles we bring out and about and now daily spills are a thing of the past. Keep a couple in a baggie in your purse too for drinks purchased while you’re out!

I have a serious addiction to good pens! And if you’re like me, you understand that finding a really good pen is like finding a four-leaf clover or a close parking spot at the grocery store…it makes you feel like doing a little dance! These gel pens make writing so smooth and the ink is bold plus it dries super fast – so no smudging!

If you’ve got any kind of stainless steel appliances or fixtures in your home then you know that they get smudged and dirty-looking pretty quickly. I love this stainless steel cleaning cloth for making those surfaces look brand new! Just add a little water and give a quick wipe…these cloths are also eco-friendly and chemical-free!!

Thanks for reading and stay tuned for next week’s roundup!! We’d love to hear some of your favorite recent purchases in the comments xo.

You need this smocked one shoulder jumpsuit in your closet!! It is so cute and so comfy, and you can dress it up or dress it down! The material is light and airy, and I find the jumpsuit to be true to size (I have it in the army green color).

This neoprene tote bag (see more options here) holds up to four towels and has extra room for all the essentials!! The wide snap-close top gives you easy access and makes it simple to find the item you’re searching for, plus it comes with a little side bag for cash and keys! It’s the perfect size and you can use it for the beach, the pool, the gym, as a diaper bag, or even as a carry-on bag when traveling! I love this fun purple leopard print, too.

These stemless acrylic wine glasses are so cute and they’re perfect for summer days by the pool or evenings on the patio! These pretty glasses are my go-to for refreshing beverages because a little glitter is always a good idea…and being shatter-proof is definitely a bonus.

We could all use a little extra hydration, whether it’s on super hot day, after an intense workout, or on a morning after one too many drinks (whoops). This Liquid IV comes in so many yummy flavors (like this perfect-for-summer pina colada), and it gives you all the electrolytes you need to rehydrate, refuel, and recharge. The small packets make them great to take on-the-go…I always keep a couple in my purse! Use our exclusive code FRUGAL_AND_THRIVING to get 25% off your order!!

These rope baskets are so cute!! I use them as homes for a few of my plants, but you can use them for toys, books, towels and linens, or anything else you can imagine! The colorblock style in neutral colors is versatile and can match with any type of decor.

I drink water allllllll day long and this glass tumbler is my go-to beverage holder. I love that it’s sleek and thin (I have little hands and it makes it easy for me to pick up and hold) and it’s so easy to throw in the dishwasher or wash by hand. These come in a set of two glass tumblers with two silicone bottoms, two koozie sleeves (perfect for catching condensation), two bamboo lids, and three reusable straws!! I have the French Grey set but there are so many more colors available.

These bike shorts are the pants you never knew you needed…I LIVE in these now!! They are high-waisted, buttery soft, and super stretchy. I can do yoga, go for runs, or wear them out and about and the level of comfort is unmatched. They come in a set of three (I have two black and one cheetah print) and I find them to be true to size – I grabbed the small/medium.

I am obsessed with this toning facial mist for summertime! I just spritz a little on when my skin needs a refresh and I am instantly hydrated and balanced. The squalane and hyaluronic acid keep my complexion feeling plump and looking dewy and the travel size makes it perfect for taking on the go.

This sweet-smelling candle from Yankee Candle really starts my day with full summer vibes!! With notes of exotic fruit and flowers, I light this up first thing in the morning and instantly feel like I’m in paradise…no matter what happens during my day. I just inhale my candle’s tropical scent and pretend like I’m watching a breathtaking beach sunrise!

This wooden sunglasses holder is an organizational queen’s dream come true!! I can’t be the only one who has more sunglasses than they’d like to admit…having this organizer helps me feel better about my addiction! Plus it looks clean and modern and fits in perfectly with the rest of my decor, while still allowing me to show off all my shades.

Ummmm these Steve Madden wedge sandals though!! I grabbed these recently and they have become an absolute favorite for summer! They’re super comfy and they look awesome with just about any outfit I pair them with, whether it’s jeans and a tank or a cute sundress. I find them to be true to size.

How fun is this flamingo-print travel toiletry case?! Not only is the pattern perfect for summer, but the built-in hanger and the many pockets and compartments make it ideal for a short weekend trip with the girls or a romantic getaway! And right now, you can get 40% off these styles with our link (my flamingo print not included)!!

I mean seriously, look how much room there is!! I can fit everything I need in here and I love that it folds up so compactly. This is a must-have for any traveler.

I carry this to-go Lysol spray around with me EVERYWHERE!! I just toss it in my purse and use it to spray down door handles, toilet handles in public restrooms, shopping carts, highchair handles in restaurants, and more! It definitely gives me a little peace of mind when I don’t have access to cleaning wipes or soap and water!

Hemp seed oil has many health benefits, and its high concentration of omegas is ideal for improving skin, reducing inflammation, and relieving pain. It is full of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids and contains almost no psychoactive compounds, meaning you can’t get “high” from it. CBD (cannabidiol) oil is derived from a specific variety of the hemp plant and helps to promote relaxation while offering relief from pain and anxiety. Both hemp and CBD can be used topically or orally, but we love them especially in our beauty products for a little extra dose of healthy hydration and relaxation. See our list of hemp-infused products below.

Decorating Easter eggs is one of the best parts of celebrating this hoppy springtime holiday (outranked only by the chocolate, of course). And if you love traditional Easter egg dyeing, we see you and we support you!! But for those of you who would like to venture outside of the vinegar and food coloring box, we’ve rounded up some really fun alternative options for decorating those eggs!! See our favorites below.

DIY Clay Ornaments

Kristy made these DIY clay Easter egg ornaments with her daughter last year and we cannot get over how adorable they are! Plus, they’re pretty easy to make and the decorating possibilities are endless. This exciting activity will allow your child to really get hands-on and tap into their creativity.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 250°
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Stir together all three ingredients together until a dough forms. Using a rolling pin – roll out your dough until it’s about 1/4” thick
  • Cut out your egg shapes – these cookie cutters are super helpful
  • Place the salt dough Easter eggs on parchment-covered baking sheets. Remember to make a hole in the dough shapes so you can hang the ornaments — a straw works perfectly!
  • Bake at 250° for 2 hours
  • Once baked and fully cooled – it’s painting time!! I used acrylic paint, but you can use spray paint as well!
  • When paint has completely dried, you can use paint pens or even stickers (that’s what we used). I did use a clear coat sealer afterwards to make them last longer and keep the stickers from falling off
  • Use twine or ribbon to hang your beautiful creations
