This front knot cropped sports bra is thick and has a built-in shelf bra so it really gives me support if I’m going for a run or doing any kind of HIIT workout. Wear it alone or underneath a sheer top…I also like throwing an open cardigan over it if I’m going out after my workout. The bra runs true to size – I am wearing a size small. These on-the-go leggings have quickly become my favorite. They are buttery soft, super flexible with just the right amount of compression, and have SO many pockets!!
